Tradeswomen and Apprenticeships
Supporting Success in Trades
We are dedicated to empowering tradeswomen in union construction and building trades. Our comprehensive training programs are designed to equip tradeswomen with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their apprenticeships and union careers. A key component of our approach is establishing effective mentor programs that connect apprentices with experienced tradeswomen. We provide specialized training for unions and apprenticeship programs to help them create and implement their own mentorship frameworks. This training includes best practices for pairing mentors and mentees, fostering professional development, and ensuring ongoing support for tradeswomen in their career journeys. By offering guidance, resources, and a supportive community, we empower tradeswomen to succeed and advance within the construction industry.
